The PXC is an influential virtual community where I collaborate with a rolodex of Experience professionals across the nation; formally or informally, scheduled, or impromptu. It is fulfilling because I give and receive inspiration and support; to learn and grow, disrupt, and transform human experience. And I believe when we fill each other's cup, it is easier for experience professionals to advocate for the lives we serve and make a compassionate difference throughout the healthcare continuum.

The PX Community has enabled me to work directly with other PX professionals to develop tradecraft with the goal of enhancing the healthcare experience.

PXC is my go-to for collaboration and feedback from my PX community peers. The willingness of the community to help each other in our individual improvement journey is refreshing.

The Patient Experience Community remains a dynamic, unique, and safe harbor for patient experience professionals from all parts of healthcare to come together to share, grow, and collaborate on improving patients’ lives. Since its inception the group has grown in numbers, connected professionals nationally, and created tangible products for influencing the work of improving the patient experience for all. Membership offers a wide variety of meeting venues, multi-channel reference materials, and the opportunity to co-create with other professionals around the country. I am proud to be a founding member and I look forward to continued growth and relationship building with colleagues as well as contributing in new ways to enhance the “patient experience.”

The PX Community is a space like no other where people with a heart for PX can share, learn and collaborate. At its essence, the Community has been created to disrupt the way we view PX and the timing is perfect.
